The latest version of StockTrack shareholder accounting software (version 16) supports online voting using Simply Voting technology in a seamless integration. StockTrack licensees can purchase a Simply Voting election using a link within the StockTrack product and easily upload their ballot and documents such as annual reports and voting instructions. The voting page including links to the documents that you uploaded and your ballot are formatted for you by Simply Voting.
Shareholders access their anonymous voting page via a link sent to them in email or with a Control ID provided on their proxy card. The Simply Voting site provides links to the documents you uploaded and a clear and easy to use voting page including your Board of Directors’ recommendations for each issue. No private information is disclosed or available on the voting website.
StockTrack pulls the voting data, tabulates the vote, and provides proxy voting reports on Percentage of Votes Received to-date; shareholder contact information for shareholders who have not yet voted; votes cast reporting; shareholders who expect to attend the annual meeting and more. Proxy Cards are generated in StockTrack to send out to shareholders of record who prefer post office mail and online voting instructions are sent to those preferring email.
