This year, the AIPCA Controllers Conference will focus on Strategies to Chart Your Next Career Milestone. Le, who has been directing finance at Birkman for over ten years, has been a member of AICPA since 2005, actively involved in its development since 2012, and on the Steering Committee of the Controllers Conference since 2015. As a part of the Steering Committee, she meets several times a year with other contributors to collaborate and establish the conference theme, as well as leverage networks to recruit speakers.
