Studiothink Launches New Culture Development Initiative with Habitat for Humanity
Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) December 18, 2013 -- On December 13, Studiothink facilitated a team-building event for their client to benefit the Northeast Ohio community. K2M Design purchased portable kitchen islands that were built during their team-building event and later donated the assembled furniture to Habitat for Humanity of Summit County for newly completed homes.
As a values-based 2014 initiative, Studiothink will partner with various clients to build high-performance cultures through leadership and team development programs, including team-building activities that will provide various furnishings for Habitat for Humanity homes. Studiothink hopes to maximize its efforts with Habitat for Humanity, setting a goal of fully furnishing 10 homes by the end of 2014.
Rochelle Fisher, President and CEO, Habitat for Humanity of Summit County, said, “We are very grateful for the kitchen islands and kitchen gift items that K2M put together through their team building event with Studiothink. This is a wonderful gift to provide to our Habitat for Humanity partner families, whose homes will be built in 2014.”
CultureShoc™, Studiothink’s premier culture development product, strives to create cultures where employees are engaged and thrive with the goal of aligning internal and external brands. Research shows an organization with a high-performance culture will outperform peer companies three to one. Can you imagine building a bicycle with your coworkers…blindfolded? It takes communication, collaboration and trust to a new level.
CultureShoc™ is a systematic, highly engaging and results-oriented approach to building and branding high-performance cultures within an organization. The philosophy of CultureShoc™ centers on the idea that the most successful organizations harness the power of highly motivated individuals working in teams, committed to common goals.
“Organizations want high-performance teams that work toward a common goal. They want efficient and effective communication, trust, and a culture that emotionally engages their employees in their brand promise,” said Ron Kaminski, president of Studiothink’s culture division. “It's our job to help organizations create environments that intentionally provide autonomy and mastery, and a program like this is a great catalyst and reinforcement of such ideals.”
