The two-day, intensive Customer Success training workshops cover the full range of foundational Customer Success skills and offer participants that successfully complete the program, and associated certification exam, an industry-recognized Level 1 CSM Certification. The program is designed to provide CSMs with the tools, knowledge and expertise they need to deliver better outcomes for their customers and accelerate their career.
According to the recently published analysis by Linkedin, there is a global shortage of trained CSMs. Research conducted by LinkedIn uncovered over 20,000 open Customer Success Manager jobs globally, but only about 62,000 LinkedIn members that carried the job title. This indicates the appetite for new hires in the role amounted to nearly a third of the current workforce in the field, creating an unprecedented demand for Customer Success training options.
