Sun Loan Celebrates 25th Anniversary with Special Event
(PRWEB) July 29, 2013 -- Sun Loan, a consumer finance company specializing in loans from $150 to $1,500, will be celebrating their 25th year in business in August. Sun Loan was founded in 1988 in San Antonio, Texas with a promise to treat customers with dignity and respect. Today, there are over 270 Sun Loan locations in 8 states.
To thank customers for 25 years of success, an anniversary celebration will be held at every Sun Loan location. On Saturday, August 17th from 9am to 1pm, customers will be able to enjoy free food, prizes and refreshments throughout the day and each location will hold a special drawing for a $125 gift card. Customers will also have the chance to win $500.
According to Brundage Management COO, Donna Muse-Marcy, “We are truly grateful for the support we have received from the communities we have been fortunate enough to serve over the years. Our goal has always been to take care of our customers. While we’ve grown a great deal over the last 25 years, this one commitment remains unchanged. We simply couldn’t have an anniversary without thanking our customers.”
Employees will also be included in the 25th anniversary celebration. Each day for 25 days, a drawing will be held where one employee will win a new Kindle Fire HD. “We have reached this milestone due to the hard work and dedication of every member of the Sun Loan family.” Donna Muse-Marcy continued, "Just saying “Thank You” to our employees isn’t enough, so we’re having 25 straight days of fun and prizes to show just how grateful we are to the people who have built their careers with us.”
When Sun Loan was founded in 1988, they were committed to giving back to their community. Over the years, employees have been actively involved in numerous civic and charitable events and activities. Donna Muse-Marcy stated, “It wouldn’t be a true anniversary celebration without giving back to the neighborhoods we call home. That’s why our anniversary event includes a school supply drive that will be held at every Sun Loan location.” Supplies will be collected from employees and customers alike and Sun Loan will be making their own donations to be given to local school districts in time for the start of the school year.
