The website is “responsive” (tablet and mobile enabled) and includes significant new content relating to Sun Mountain’s custom wood door and other millwork product lines. The new site displays literally thousands of unique door designs, but simplifies choices by allowing users to refine (or sort) designs by:
• Application—meaning application in the home such as Interior doors, Exterior doors, French doors, Barn doors, etc.
• Construction—meaning construction method such as raised Panel doors, Arched doors, Flush doors, etc.
• Style—meaning architectural style such as Modern, Rustic, European, etc.
Designs can be customized through a simplified product “configurator,” allowing users to easily specify features such as wood species, glass style, panel profiles, wood finish, and even door jambs. Many selections are presented visually, with “tool tips” providing information regarding the features.

The new site also provides video content, illustrating how Sun Mountain doors are “Made by Hands.”
The new site allows users to “Request a Quote” at any stage of their exploration, submitting their specific design choices to the company with a simple click of the mouse or touch on the tablet. The company then promptly responds to such quote requests by providing pricing, CAD drawings, lead times, etc., in a personalized quote. Quotes are provided via e-mail or further contact can be made via phone, as requested by the user.
