Sunwarrior Improves the Taste of their Protein Powder, Warrior Blend
(PRWEB) October 08, 2013 -- Sunwarrior, a plant-based supplement company based in Southern Nevada, is pleased to announce that they have improved the taste of their Warrior Blend, a raw, plant-based protein powder that combines pea protein, cranberry protein, and hemp seed protein along with medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) from coconut oil. Warrior Blend comes in three flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and natural. Vanilla and chocolate flavors will now be richer, more pleasant, and more complex. The natural flavor will also no longer have any salt added to it.
Their Ormus Supergreens also got a recent makeover. These powdered greens now come in a natural flavor that does not contain peppermint or stevia. This will let customers use it in more diverse ways, including in savory dishes. The Classic Rice Protein will see some improvements shortly as well to the taste, texture, and packaging.
"We introduced Warrior Blend after our Classic Rice Protein," said Nick Stern, cofounder of Sunwarrior. "And it’s been a great product. It has an amazing amino acid profile and the MCTs provide a serious boost to energy during and after workouts. It sells just as well as the rice protein and tasted fine, but fine wasn’t good enough. We knew we could do better. Now it’s as delicious as it is healthy. We’re also pretty excited about the new greens flavor that will let people do much more with another energy boosting product."
