Superior Small Lodging Properties Jumpstart their Tourist Season with Record Early Bookings
Dania Beach, FL (PRWEB) January 29, 2015 -- With the 2015 Florida winter vacation season in full swing the members of the Superior Small Lodging Association are experiencing record early bookings with many properties booked for the entire season, a good many with guests that have been returning for many years.
SSL properties are all under 50 rooms and are independently owned. The innkeepers are very attentive to their guests’ comfort and are dedicated to having each guest have the best possible vacation experience. In addition, all members of the Superior Small Lodging Association must be inspected on a yearly basis by PRP, an independent hotel inspection company. In order to maintain their membership members must pass the PRP stringent parameters in such categories as housekeeping, services and amenities. Those properties that receive a 100% score in housekeeping are awarded the prestigious White Glove Award.
This commitment to quality and service is recognized by the fact that most SSL properties receive very high reviews on TripAdvisor and the other review sites with many at the top of the list in their destinations. These great reviews help stimulate higher occupancy at our properties during the season and throughout the year.
“There’s nothing like staying at an SSL property”, says Betty Fitzgerald, who has vacationed in Florida every winter for 22 years and now only stays in SSL properties. “SSL owners really have an eye for detail and are committed to giving each guest personalized service. It really doesn’t matter which SSL property you select around the state. They all have the same high standard of customer service and cleanliness, I wouldn’t think of going anyplace else”.
"Winter vacationers who have not yet reserved their stay should not be alarmed;" said Scott Rivelli, Executive Director, "While tourism in Florida is reaching record numbers again, Superior Small Lodging has a sharing program in place where member properties share leads with their sister properties that are not yet fully booked."
