SureShade Debuts First OEM Installs of RTX and M3 Shades in Miami
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) February 24, 2016 -- SureShade, the U.S. designer and manufacturer of patented retractable sunshade systems for the marine industry, announces the world premiere of two SureShade products as factory installations at the 2016 Miami International Boat Show and Yachts Miami Beach events with the debut of the SureShade RTX Pull-out Shade on the Scout 275 Dorado and the SureShade M3 Shade for Megayachts on the Sabre 66 Dirigio.
Scout Boats is the first OEM to debut the SureShade RTX Pull-Out Shade as a factory-installed option with the showcase of their 275 Dorado at the 2016 Miami International Boat Show. Boat models with other major OEMs are already on order and expected to debut in 2016.
The patented SureShade RTX Pull-Out Shade operates with a simple push-in / pull-out mechanism to extend or retract shade for a cockpit or bow within seconds, providing easy access to sunshade on smaller boats. The introduction of SureShade RTX addresses the market demand for a lightweight, affordable, easy-to-install shade option in the popular 27FT and under segment.
Sabre Yachts is the first OEM to debut the SureShade M3 for Megayachts with the world premiere of their much-anticipated 66 Dirigio at the 2016 Yachts Miami Beach event. SureShade M3 is an automated retractable shade with a three-stage design that extends shade up to 10 feet for larger yachts. M3 has previously been installed aftermarket on select yachts.
The SureShade RTX and SureShade M3 shade products have both been in limited production with select aftermarket installations prior to their debuts as factory installed options. SureShade anticipates these new factory debuts to generate considerable demand from OEMs, dealers and boaters.
SureShade was featured on over 65 models at the 2016 Miami shows, including 10 new model debuts: Scout 275 Dorado (RTX), Sabre 66 Dirigio (M3), Sabre 54 Flybridge (ATF), Sea Ray 310 SLX (ATF), Sea Ray 450 Sundancer (ATF), Monterey 378SS (ATF), Cruisers 54 Cantius (ATF), Everglades 355CC (ATF), Mako 334 (ATF) and Galeon 445HTS (ATF).
Also noteworthy, with the debut of the all-new 310 SLX and 450 Sundancer, Sea Ray now has 11 boat models offering SureShade as a factory install, leading SureShade’s comprehensive OEM portfolio.
