Surf of Sound Realty Offers New Check In Options for Hatteras Island Vacationers
Hatteras Island, NC (PRWEB) January 15, 2015 -- Surf or Sound Realty is excited to announce two new check-in options for vacationers renting their selection of premier vacation homes in 2015. The leading Hatteras Island vacation rental company will now be offering Early Check-In and Keyless Entry Check-In to provide easier and earlier access to their homes.

We are pleased to further that goal this year with these two new check-in options. We are even more pleased that our Early Check-In is available at nearly all of our homes, including our large inventory of homes with 6 or more bedrooms. When you have more than 15 people vacationing in the home, having early access to a bathroom, a refrigerator, a place to unpack belongings and the pool area can be very important.”
The request for an early check-in option has increased significantly in recent years and Surf or Sound Realty is thrilled to launch the option for their guests in 2015. By purchasing Early Check-In, vacationers will be guaranteed access to a minimum of the first level of the home by 1:00 on their check-in day to unpack the car, use the bathroom, put food in the refrigerator, change into their swimsuits and enjoy the beach. If the home has a private pool, they will be able to access the pool area as well. Most of their homes participate in Early Check-In, but only a limited number are available each week.

More than half of the 440 homes that Surf or Sound Realty manages are now equipped with state-of-the-art electronic locks that allow entry to the home without the need for keys. With the new Keyless Entry Check-In, guests can by-pass checking in and checking out at the office altogether.
When the home is ready for check-in, a unique code will be activated and provided to the guest. If members of the vacationing party are traveling separately, the code can be shared allowing everyone to arrive at their convenience without concern for picking up or sharing keys. When it comes time to check out, guests in keyless entry homes simply make a phone call and can leave for home without the need to stop by the office.
