Surge Homes Holds Exclusive Interior Design Event
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) October 16, 2015 -- Surge Homes, an innovative real estate developer and builder of new homes, announces it will host an exclusive Interior Design Cocktail Event for new homebuyers and neighbors on Wednesday, October 21 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. During the event, Surge Homes will unveil the current selection of newly curated European cabinets, granite and quartz countertops, backsplashes, flooring, lighting fixtures, and faucets. Guests will then be invited to share their opinions on which final designs they would like to see incorporated into Surge Homes’ new condominiums, new townhomes, and new single-family homes.
The Interior Design Cocktail Event is another example of the innovative crowdsourcing strategy Surge Homes is known for. Building on the success of a similar event held in January in which prospective homebuyers, neighbors, and community members were invited to share their opinions on various interior finishes, the October event will help refine and finalize the signature look of the new homes being developed on Surge Homes’ nine inner Loop sites.
“Based on the feedback we have received from our various online and in-person outreach events, we went back to our suppliers to find more finishes that reflected the preferences of Houston buyers,” said Ben Lemieux, partner at Surge Homes. “We proposed innovative European cabinets to Houstonians in 2015 and the reaction was so positive that we requested more variety from our European suppliers. Had we not engaged in our interactive new home-building process with our prospective buyers, we would not have come up with such unique and beautiful designs for Houston.”
The response to the event has been stellar and is nearing its RSVP capacity. Guests who wish to attend can click on this link to reserve their spot, or opt to participate on Saturday, October 24 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Discovery Center. The extra day was added due to the high interest from the community.
