Peppler has 27 years of real estate experience and has lived in Jupiter since 1982. She specializes in country club communities, waterfront and equestrian properties. Peppler was the Director for the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Board of Realtors in 2010-2012, is a Certified Luxury Home Specialist and holds a Transnational Referral Certification, which includes membership to World Properties as an international Realtor. She is also a member of Women’s Council of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and has a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Certification.

Steven O'Neill has followed in the family business and joined Beach to Barn Real Estate Team in 2009. As a waterfront specialist, Steven holds a US Coast Guard captain’s license and is familiar with all of South Florida’s waterways and channels. Steven is a licensed yacht broker and works to find the right boat to go with waterfront property. His education includes Palm Beach Atlantic University, Palm Beach College and the Chapman School for Seamanship. He also has CRS-Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Designation, as well as membership to Florida Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Sue and Steven work diligently together to provide a smooth transaction and deliver an exceptional outcome.
