Sutco Transportation Specialists Seeks Class 1 Drivers to Meet Expansion
Kelowna, BC (PRWEB) November 01, 2014 -- Sutco is excited to announce the consolidation and expansion of its Okanagan offices into a new modern office located in West Kelowna in British Columbia’s beautiful Okanagan valley. This new office will support Sutco’s short haul trucking residual business and is ideally located in close proximity to many of its customers. Additionally, Sutco has moved its long haul highway division from Salmon Arm British Columbia to this new office to take advantage of the many synergies of having both divisions operated out of the same location.
“We are very excited about this move, it will allow us to capitalize on the many opportunities in the Okanagan from one central location. It will allow us to better serve customers, better manage our growing fleet, and will bring more jobs to the valley,” said Chris Sutherland, Sutco’s Founder and President.
With Sutco’s growing fleet and ever increasing demand from their customers they are looking to hire more class 1 drivers in order to maintain the high level of service their customers have come to expect. “Our focus on taking care of our employees by providing above average compensation, a company funded pension plan, and excellent benefits sets us apart in the industry,” says Doug Sutherland, Vice President & General Manager.
Founded in 1995, Sutco is a well-established, family owned and operated; BC based commercial transportation company offering freight management solutions to its customer base across North America.
