Employee scheduling is now made easier with updates in real-time. New features enhance usability and improve time sheet management. SutiHR helps eliminate scheduling conflicts and keep track of time-off requests.
Time sheet management
Time sheet management is now more streamlined than ever with employee clock-in and clock-out data displayed according to time zones for each business unit. These settings can be managed by the unit admin or employees in the ‘My Account’ page.
The HR admin role is provided with an option to run time sheets for an employee from the date of hire to the current date. This helps eliminate scheduling conflicts and regulate employee work hours.
Time sheets display the count from the beginning of the year to the current date when time-off requests were approved.
Handling time-off requests is easier with self-scheduling. SutiHR provides customization options to allow week-off and holidays to beconsidered in requested time-offs.
Dynamic Interface
In addition to tracking changes, additions and deletions to employee payroll data, the employee audit log now updates all privileges according to an employee.
The software provides a dynamic interface where updates are in real-time. Also provided is the intuitive control and approval of time-offs where if one approver is on leave, time-offs will still be granted by the next approver whose name appears automatically in the ‘Approver’ column.
The new version of SutiHR provides multiple types of time-off requests, each regulated by a distinct set of rules. The system allows managers or admins to request time-off on behalf of an employee, enabling efficient time-management and log keeping.
