Suzy Amis Cameron Launches Red Carpet SkinRescue Kit and Contest with Previse SkinCare
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 23, 2014 -- To help celebrate the fifth anniversary of Red Carpet Green Dress, founder Suzy Amis Cameron has teamed up with Previse SkinCare on the February 1st launch of the Red Carpet SkinRescue Kit, which can help your skin survive awards season, the winter weather or any other challenging scenario.
"I created Red Carpet Green Dress to raise funds for MUSE School CA and also to bring more attention to sustainability," explains Amis Cameron. "With over 60% of the student body at MUSE on financial aid, it is hugely important that we have companies like Previse SkinCare who understand the importance of getting involved and lending a hand to this and the future generations of children." MUSE School CA is a non-profit, educational organization in Malibu Canyon, CA, co-founded by Amis Cameron, which inspires and prepares young people to live consciously with themselves, one another and the planet.
Amis Cameron was drawn to Previse SkinCare's ZeroSilicone™ recipes, which are free of harsh preservatives, skin clogging silicones, petroleum and synthetic oils. With a value of $169, the kit retails for $135, a 20% discount, with 10% of sales donated to MUSE School CA. Founder and CEO of Previse SkinCare, Sean Patrick Harrington adds, “Our hope is to raise $20,000 for the MUSE School CA once the kit becomes available on February 1st.”
Each kit contains the following Previse products:
Hydrobalm is a moisturizer that contains a blend of essential fatty acids that aid in repairing the skin’s lipid balance. The luxurious, whipped balm is wonderful for overnight repair and ideal for those that suffer from low levels of moisture content in their skin.
HydroMilk is the ideal replacement for pore-clogging, silicone and petroleum based lotions and creams. The light-weight botanical and hyaluronic recipe has potent antioxidant benefits, which makes HydroMilk perfect for frequent, everyday use. HydroMilk launches on February 1, 2014, as part of the Suzy Amis Cameron and Previse event.
Purify is a wash and cleanser replacement. The first of three steps in any Previse regimen, Purify helps gently remove dead skin cells, excess oil, and other contaminants from the skin’s surface. The marine based recipes help improve hydration and normalize the dermis, rather than dry, irritate or otherwise damage the skin like many cleansers and washes. There are four separate Purify products, each customized to meet the targeted needs of the client’s skin.
Jokipiin [jok-e-peen] is a sumptuous exfoliator Previse imports from Finland. The gorgeous textile is woven from 100% organic linen and 100% organic cotton. Previse patients and clients use their Jokipiin face polish cloth with Purify for a fresh, buffed and healthy dermis.
To kickoff the launch, a "Get Red Carpet Ready Contest” will provide one lucky winner and a guest with a once-in-a-lifetime, star-studded weekend in Los Angeles. The package, valued at $4500, includes roundtrip airfare for two to LA in February with hotel accommodations and two tickets to an exclusive Oscar red carpet event hosted by Suzy Amis Cameron on February 27, 2014.
The contest opens on February 1, 2014. Contestants must enter at Previsecare.com where they are offered multiples entry options. At a minimum contestants must “Like” Previse Skincare and Red Carpet Green Dress on Facebook. Other entry options include Tweeting about the contest or pinning an image on Pinterest.
