SVN Auction Services announces new sale date for pristine Hillsboro Beach, FL properties
Hillsboro Beach, FL (PRWEB) September 26, 2016 -- Bankruptcy auction set for 10 a.m. Oct. 6 for two assemblages of oceanfront land.
SVN Auction Services’ partner SVN Moecker Realty Auctions has announced that the sale of undeveloped acreage in wealthy Hillsboro Beach will be at 10 a.m. Oct. 6 at the office of attorney Bradley Shraiberg, 2255 Glades Road, Boca Raton. The previous date was Sept. 27.
Offered as two portfolios totaling more than 14 acres, the properties are on Hillsboro Mile aka State Road A1A between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Their tax assessed value is for more than $60 million.

The opening bid is anticipated to be in the range of $45 million.
The second portfolio, located at 1103 and 1107 Hillsboro Mile, consists of nearly 3.5 acres of adjoining lots with about 340 feet each of beach and Intracoastal frontage. The opening bid is anticipated to be in the range of $12 million.
