Montreal, QC (PRWEB) June 17, 2015 -- Local marketing platform SweetIQ announces today their integration with Microsoft Power BI. The integration allows users to view their local marketing analytics in one centralized dashboard with capabilities to sync information with other Power BI data sets. SweetIQ’s pool of unique local data and analytics will connect with Power BI to spur new possibilities in retail data analytics. SweetIQ is the sole provider of local marketing analytics featured in the first iteration of the Power BI content pack alongside Marketo, Google Analytics, Dynamics, and Salesforce.
With Power BI integration, SweetIQ clients will be able to access their local analytics and take advantage of Power BI’s comprehensive visualization insights. Power BI customers interested in exploring the SweetIQ Content Pack for Power BI can register as a SweetIQ client through the Microsoft software. “It’s not always evident what a company can do with big data. Power BI is revolutionary in its ability to combine raw data sets across multiple platforms and provide insight as to what is happening from one central dashboard,” said CEO and Co-founder Mohannad El-Barachi. “SweetIQ identified unique opportunities to combine its technologies with Microsoft to deliver a market-changing solution in retail data analytics.” This integration will allow SweetIQ and Power BI users to fully understand their local online presence and how they can use these and other insights to improve findability and ultimately sales.
James Phillips, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft’s business intelligence products group, said: “We are thrilled to be working with SweetIQ to enable live operational dashboards and analytics with the SweetIQ Content Pack for Power BI. With Power BI, SweetIQ customers can now monitor and explore their local search listings data directly on a Power BI dashboard. Power BI also delivers the unique ability to combine and correlate data from multiple sources for new business insights.”
In addition to the Power BI integration, SweetIQ has recently chosen Microsoft Azure as their new cloud infrastructure host. SweetIQ made the decision to go with Azure due to the flexibility they offer, their commitment to growing a strong working relationship, and the ability Azure offers to establish SweetIQ as a platform as a service.
“With our data feeding into Power BI, we can help make digital local marketing decisions easier, faster, and more accurate. Our solution provides CMO’s unprecedented insights into their brands’ local marketing performance through action-driven data visualization, analysis and campaign management,” said El-Barachi.
