Swiss Post Solutions North America prepares for broader expansion in 2018 as it closes 2017 with positive growth
(PRWEB) February 22, 2018 -- Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), an innovative leader in business process outsourcing and digitization solutions, prepares for broader expansion in 2018 after concluding another year of positive growth in 2017.
As part of its commitment to serving its clients, SPS has placed a significant emphasis into further expansion of its geographic base and service offerings, most notably, opening new Document Processing Centers in El Paso, Texas, and Alamogordo, New Mexico, in 2017. These secure facilities have been specially designed for the delivery of advanced, cloud-based solutions to support SPS’ clients in their digital transformation by further automating their standard business tasks, such as claims handling, expense reporting, data entry and invoice processing.
In alignment with this, SPS has hired key executive and operational talent to further increase its expertise and proactively prepare for the growth anticipated in 2018. SPS expanded and reorganized its Solutions Design team with the addition of Ray Krienke as Vice President and Pamela Tom as Director. The team will work to design and develop advanced business solutions for customers and prospects with a special focus on the digital transformation of business processes.
SPS further named a new Business Development Executive for the Central Region. Based out of Chicago, Darryl Williams joins the team to support the growing number of opportunities in the Midwest, with a focus on one of SPS’ key vertical markets, Financial Services including Banks and Insurance. For support of client services, SPS hired Andre Josephat to its Operations team. Andre brings over 20 years of management experience in the services industry to his new role. Andre joins SPS’ Operations Management team as a Client Director and is responsible for overseeing onsite operations for numerous accounts.
