Improvements to the 4-in-1 VoIP wholesale routing platform include a new dashboard feature, simplified configuration management, enhanced vendor price import, new routing specifications, improved account-level security features and improved web service API performance.
The increased functionality of the SR-4500 is consistent with SwitchRay’s commitment to help their customers grow their business through revenue-maximizing features. The advanced monitoring tool provides a new graphical dashboard that can be configured to show a wide range of business and operational statistics. An improved linked data-editing feature allows for simpler configuration management. Customers will welcome the improved vendor pricing import feature that offers a user-friendly mapping of source data to the SR-S4500 database that can be saved as a template, linked to a specific filename and be used to setup scheduled auto-import. With the improved profitability-based routing specification, a user can now specify percentage-based routing which balances load on the system based on CPS. Operational security has been improved in the 1.5.4 release through custom web password policies and improved password expiration and reuse constraints. The average response time from the web service has been reduced 25-50% of previous levels, resulting in a dramatic API performance improvement.
