Ms. Loder joins SPH with ten years’ experience in the healthcare industry and over twenty-five years in business and law.

Sandra is joining Symphony Performance Health as its Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel. Loder has served as general counsel for payers in Medicare, Medicaid and the commercial space., including serving as General Counsel for Clear One Health Plans and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Windsor Health Plan, Inc.

Her expertise includes risk management, arbitration, contracts, negotiation, litigation management, insurance, corporate law, licensing and compliance with legal mandates and regulatory requirements.
