Symphony Performance Health to Provide Population Health and Referral Management Analytics for McLaren Physician Partners

MPP is the Physician-Hospital Organization for McLaren Health Care, a $2.9 billion, clinically integrated health system in Michigan. MPP will benefit from Symphony Performance Health analytics that go beyond measurement and analysis to support organizational action planning for better health outcomes and network improvement. The advanced analytics will be installed in a 222-physician MPP pilot program in first quarter 2015 before being rolled out to the organization’s full 3000 physician membership. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
