Synergy Comp Named a 2016 Top Employer in Western Pennsylvania
Sharon, PA (PRWEB) December 06, 2016 -- For the second year, Synergy Comp Insurance Company, a workers’ compensation insurance company based out of Sharon, Pennsylvania, has been named a “Best Place to Work in Western Pennsylvania” by the Pittsburgh Business Times in the mid-sized business category.
“We work continuously on building a strong culture that believes in training, career development and work life balance. Watching our employees grow and develop has been one of the most personally rewarding experiences for myself and our executive team,” states Lew Kachulis, President of Synergy Comp.
Finalists for this award made it through a rigorous nomination process before their employees provided the feedback necessary to determine which companies could be called “the best.” Employees from Synergy Comp participated in an online survey by Quantam Workplace, an employee feedback company, as part of this process. Their responses were analyzed in ten key workplace categories to determine the overall rankings.
On the award itself, Laura Miklos, Synergy’s Human Resources Manager says, “We credit this reputation to our excellent employees. Thanks to our thorough hiring process, we have a team of high performers who truly model our company’s Core Values.”
This is not the first award Synergy Comp has received over the years. The workers’ compensation provider has received multiple state and national honors including Inc. Magazine’s Fastest 5000 Growing Companies in America and Fastest Growing Companies in Pittsburgh. As this recent award proves, it’s not enough to grow quickly, but also in quality.
