SynQor Revolutionizes the Mil/Aero Market with its Extremely High-Density and High-Efficiency Hi-Rel Bus Converters
Boxborough, MA (PRWEB) March 16, 2015 -- The MQBQ-270-28B Bus Converter features a continuous input voltage range of 230-400Vdc and creates an isolated and unregulated output voltage that is nominally 28V when the input is 270V. The input to output voltage ratio of this converter is 9:1 at zero load current and there is an additional droop in the output voltage of less than 5% at full load current. This bus converter provides an industry leading efficiency of over 95% at full- and half-load operation with up to 400W of output power over the full input voltage range. This product is released and available for production with a standard 14-week lead-time.
The MQBQ-28-28B Bus Converter features a continuous input voltage range of 18-40Vdc and creates an isolated and unregulated output voltage that is nominally 27V when the input is 28V. The input to output voltage ratio of this converter is 1:1 at zero load current and there is an additional droop in the output voltage of less than 5% at full load current. This bus converter provides an industry leading efficiency of over 95% at full- and half-load operation with up to 400W of output power over the full input voltage range. This product is currently available for engineering evaluation with anticipated release in Q2 2015.
These SynQor Hi-Rel converters are designed for reliability per NAVSO-P3641-A and components are de-rated per MIL-HDBK-1574A and NAVSO-P3641A guidelines. They have been tested in conjunction with SynQor's Hi-Rel filters to meet compliance with MIL-HNBK-704 (A-F), MIL-STD-1275B/D, RTCA/DO-160 Sec 16/22, DEF-STAN 61-5 (part 6)/5, MIL-STD-461F and operate from -55°C to +125°C baseplate temperature with no de-rating.
