T. Skorman Production Team Works to Blend Past Tradition with New Surprises for The Special Event 2016 Conference and Tradeshow Opening General Session
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) January 06, 2016 -- The Opening General Session will precede the exhibition portion of The Special Event 2016 on January 13, 2016 at 9am. More than 5,000 event professionals attend each year to network, develop, and discover the latest trends and innovation in their industry. The opening session is the first impression of what is in store for attendees throughout the event. The program includes an appearance by author Sally Hogshead sharing “How to Communicate Value in Just 9 Seconds”. This year the team will also revive a tradition from early years of The Special Event©. At the close of the general session performers and attendees will participate in an energetic parade experience leading to the opening of the Tradeshow.
Event co-chair Connie Riley, CMP, CSEP, Vice-President of T. Skorman Productions is returning for her ninth Opening General Session to present the talent and program content. The International Special Event Society (ISES) Hall of Famer has been involved with The Special Event© throughout her career and is pleased to showcase Orlando’s event resources this year.
