According to Tailored Living, PremierOne’s industrial-grade hybrid polymer blend resins soak into the machine-prepped concrete floor and take root, resulting in a permanent chemical bond and non-porous coating surface that is resistant to harsh chemicals, is durable, will not harbor dirt or bacteria and naturally resists mold. PremierOne possesses 100% UV protection and unmatched oxidation resistance.
