The newest feature will allow customers to set up detailed security profiles in the Express+ SaaS software platforms. This will enable users to customize security fields in the software allowing for settings specific to different divisions or roles within the company. Ensuring employees have access to the information they need, but not the confidential information they don’t.
Security fields are set up to give access to the specific part of the database that an owner wants to assign to a specific employee(s). This may include assigned access to such files as Personnel, Financial, Accounting, Orders, Dispatching, and Drivers’ pay. Personal security hierarchy determined at the discretion of an administrator or owner is a value added feature that allows different divisions and roles the ability to enable higher control of each division separately.
Furthermore, companies with three or more employees or those who are anticipating expansion will find using this option will keep their company organized and more efficient.
