TaleMed Named a Top Place to Work in Greater Cincinnati Area
CINCINNATI, OH (PRWEB) June 07, 2017 -- For the second consecutive year, TaleMed has been named one of the “Top Places to Work” in the greater Cincinnati area by the Cincinnati Enquirer. The Top Workplaces award is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
The Top Workplaces program allows employees to express how their company stands out to make an exceptional work environment. Employees praised TaleMed for its culture, work atmosphere and growth potential - both personally and professionally.
“Ensuring our employees feel valued and have a positive work environment is at the core of our business,” said Ken Tracy, president of TaleMed. “To be recognized by our employees is an absolute honor. I am immensely proud of the hard work, dedication and commitment that our employees demonstrate each and every day to each other and to our clients. I feel very fortunate to have such talented individuals on our team.”
Employment at TaleMed means great benefits such as company-paid medical and dental insurance, a matching 401(k) program, paid vacation, annual bonuses, flex-care days and a sporting/concert ticket package. The company is also very active in giving back through community service. Employees go on annual, company-paid medical mission trips to Mexico and the Amazon River, host fundraisers to support various local charities (Miami Food Pantries, Saturday morning Hoops, Cincinnati Outreach, Back to Back Ministries, Mini Heart Marathon) and help with the Inner City Education Foundation.
TaleMed employees also have a lot of fun with planned quarterly events, such as a trip to Keeneland, various corporate challenge events, Margarita Friday, a Cincinnati Red’s day and a Christmas party to end each year.
“Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to employees is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “Who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day – the employees.”
