Talon Innovations Corporation Acquires Vulcan Machine, Inc.
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (PRWEB) December 17, 2015 -- Talon Innovations Corporation has acquired Vulcan Machine, Inc. as of December 2, 2015. The acquisition provides both Talon Innovations and Vulcan added manufacturing capabilities, capacity, and back-up manufacturing sites. The two companies share deep expertise for machining complex geometries and materials for semiconductor, aerospace, medical device and other high tech industries. Jointly, the organizations place a high emphasis on the cleanliness of their facilities and field proven commitment to superior quality performance.
