Tampa Bay E.N.T. Expands with New Providers, Locations

Tampa, Fla. (PRWEB) January 06, 2015 -- To kick off the new year, Tampa Bay E.N.T. – offering ear, nose and throat care for the entire family – announces the addition of three new providers and three new locations in Lutz, Westchase and Plant City. Dominic Castellano, M.D., Janet Lee, M.D., F.A.C.S. and Alyson Hoffman, Sc.D., CCC-A will be practicing at various Tampa Bay E.N.T. locations in the Tampa area.

Dr. Castellano completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He went on to complete a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Texas Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in Houston.

Dr. Lee received her post-graduate training in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She trained at nationally renowned hospitals, including MD Anderson Cancer Center and Texas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Lee furthered her education with an additional year of fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Both Dr. Castellano and Dr. Lee are Double Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

A fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, Dr. Hoffman received her doctoral degree from Montclair State University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Hoffman’s clinical interests lie in diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and follow-up hearing aid care.
