Tampa Bay Entrepreneurs Join Forces To Feed 100+ Families In Support Of The Thanksgiving Holiday For The Children's Home
Tampa, Florida (PRWEB) November 26, 2013 -- This Thanksgiving Tampa Bay businesses are giving back to charitable organizations such as The Children’s Home, by raising food for families in need.
This project, **Operation Turkey** III Thanksgiving Food Drive, began three years ago under direction of Hugo D. Aviles of Black Toro Media.
“It is such an honor to be counted on every year to help the children and this year was especially unique as we collaborated with more businesses and entrepreneurs willing to join in the mission,” said Hugo D. Aviles.
Blick Law Firm, a local Tampa Bay law firm, has partnered with Black Toro Media in raising money for the cause. The goal was to generate 100+ turkeys in just under a week.
Contributions from Florida Marine Raiders Co-Owner and Head Coach, Michael Mink fuels the drive. Also, donations made its way not just locally but overseas. Axel Anaya, military contractor made an outstanding contribution of 30 turkeys from Dubai. Other professionals joined in the cause including: Andrea Knight; Cameron Fulks; Big Time Operators, Jason Dehnert and Thomas Bell; Satya Mantena; Anthony Mcgeough; Jonathan Tobon; and Jonathan Torres.
Attorney, Michael Blickensderfer’s mission in helping the surrounding community is evident in their immediate response to help The Children’s Home alongside Black Toro Media and its supporters!
The Children's Home is a children and family-centered organization that is positioned to care for struggling families and children seeking the comfort of a loving family.
On November 26, 2013 the operation and its contributors spent time at The Children’s Home. They donated the turkeys and met the kids on a special tour given by Rachelle Gyurke of the Children’s Home.
