Simi Valley, CA (PRWEB) July 29, 2015 -- Tandon Digital Inc. today added three new executive team members while Vivek Tandon former EVP of Sales and Marketing moves to the President/COO position. New executives include Doug Moxley in the CFO position, Marc Matejka, VP of Operations and Tom Watson the new Vice President of Sales. Each of these gentlemen brings significant expertise to the rapidly growing company.
Exponential growth of the business caused the company to physically outgrow its initial location. The new building at 2655 Park Center Drive, Unit C in Simi Valley is nearly 4x the size of the startup’s initial location. CEO Jay Tandon noted “Our new larger facility and additional executive team members give us the solid foundation we need to continue capturing market share in the US and abroad.”
Newly named Vice President of Sales Mr. Tom Watson has over 25 years of experience as a sales executive generating multi-million dollar revenues through profitable deals in all channels including CE Retail, Food & Drug, National Resellers and Distribution. Tom previously worked at the ViewSonic Corporation, WSA, LLC, AB&T Sales Corp. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from North Georgia College, Dahlonega, GA.
Doug Moxley, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Moxley brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience to Monster Digital, including CFO and VP Finance roles with global publicly- and privately-held companies. Moxley is a seasoned global financial executive with experience in all financial and internal control activities, including financial planning and reporting, accounting, internal audit, investor relations, treasury and risk management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA. "I am looking forward to working with Jay and the Monster Digital team and building the finance organization to support growth,” said Moxley. "We have a bright future ahead of us as we leverage our brand and channels."
Mr. Matejka, Vice President, Operations, comes to Monster Digital with 25 years of hands on experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, operations and quality assurance of high tech products. Marc previously held management positions with US Seismic Systems, Belkin International, Opvista, Malibu Networks and ACT Networks. Marc stated, “Monster Digital is poised for significant growth due to strong market demand of our high-end consumer memory products. Strengthening our product lifecycle management, enterprise resource planning and quality management systems will allow us to effectively meet demand.” Mr. Matejka holds a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich, Switzerland.
