Tapella & Eberspacher Lawyer Lindsay Rakers Named 2014 Missouri & Kansas Rising Star

The selection process for the award is two-fold. First, the attorney must meet the criteria required for selection to the Super Lawyers list. This involves in-firm and out-of-firm formal and informal nominations, third-party evaluation and research, peer evaluation, and final selection.
To be elected to the Rising Stars list, the candidate must also be either younger than 40 years of age or have been in practice for less than 10 years. Additionally, no more than 2.5% of lawyers in a given state may be elected to the Rising Stars list.

The listing of the 2014 Missouri & Kansas Rising Stars list will appear in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Magazine in November 2014, which reaches more than 24,000 attorneys, KC Magazine, in November/December 2014, which reaches over 110,000 readers, and it was already released in the Super Lawyers supplement in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch on November 2nd, which reaches over 182,000 readers.
