TASI Acquires Wireless Network Manufacturer SignalFire Telemetry
Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) August 28, 2015 -- TASI HOLDINGS INC. announced today it has completed the acquisition of all shares of SignalFire Telemetry, located in Hudson, Massachusetts. This new acquisition is strategic to the growth model of TASI, and adds an exciting new wireless communication component to TASI’s global FLOW division.
Founded in 2006, SignalFire designs and manufactures specialized wireless mesh networking systems for uses in challenging and hazardous locations. The majority of the company’s products are wireless sensor networks deployed in upstream oil and gas fields.
