Taylor Morrison Announces New Cypress Community Alder Trails
Cypress, Texas (PRWEB) May 30, 2014 -- Taylor Morrison has announced that it will build three new home collections at its new Cypress community, Alder Trails, located just off Barker Cypress south of 290 with the new community expected to open in early 2015.
The Houston homebuilder will offer three product lines at Alder Trials: its 50-foot Villa Series, 60-foot Chateau Series and 70-foot Grande Series, with the more than 400 home sites being released in multiple phases and two lakes centrally located within the community.
Currently, Taylor Morrison builds in two communities in Cypress, Cypress Creek Lakes and Park Creek.

The Villa Series at Alder Trails will give homebuyers a choice of floor plans that range from approximately 1,800 to more than 2,500 square feet with up to four bedrooms and 3.5 baths stretched over both single and two-story layouts. First-floor master suites are available along with game rooms and covered patios.
The homes increase in size with Taylor Morrison’s Premiere Series, where up to five bedrooms and 3.5 baths are available in homes that range from approximately 2,700 square feet to more than 3,900 square feet in size. First-floor master suites are available as well with the Premiere Series as are game rooms, media rooms and extended covered patios.
Finally, Taylor Morrison’s Grande Series affords homebuyers with homes that can include up to seven bedrooms and 5.5 baths, along with media rooms, gourmet kitchens and more. The Grande Series floor plans stretch from 3,600 to more than 5,000 square feet.
