Taylor Morrison Debuts Patio Collection of Homes in Avalon at Riverstone
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) June 12, 2014 -- Taylor Morrison is bringing its popular line of patio homes to Avalon at Riverstone this summer.
The Houston homebuilder announced today that it will build its lifestyle-focused, patio-home collection in the Sugar Land community, with homes ranging from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet with up to three bedrooms and 3.5 baths available. Prices have not yet been released for the community, scheduled to open this fall.
The Houston homebuilder’s model in Avalon at Riverstone will be the Delray, a two-story floor plan that offers approximately 2,588 square feet with plenty of entertaining space and large, open living spaces. A curved breakfast bar overlooks the family room while an optional wine room is available off the formal dining room. Upstairs, a game room awaits along with the option of including a bedroom and bathroom. The plan also features a downstairs study that can also serve as an additional bedroom.

The complex will also feature a resort pool, 12 tennis courts, pavilion, playground and an 8,000 square-foot clubhouse.
