Taylor Morrison Houston Gets Ready to Debut Four New Home Collections at Grand Vista in Richmond
Richmond, Texas (PRWEB) December 31, 2013 -- Offering convenient access to Grand Parkway, Grand Vista is a 600-acre neighborhood that will offer Houston home buyers the choice of four distinct home collections from Taylor Morrison.
The first models from the Houston home builder are expected to debut in early 2014.

Taylor Morrison will offer four distinct home collections at Grand Vista. The Houston builder’s Premiere and Grande collections will join the more intimate Chalet and Villa collections.
The Chalet Collections of homes at Grande Vista offer an affordable entry price point for home buyers without sacrificing living space. The Chalet collection floor plans will range from approximately 1,405 to 2,310 square feet. All of the homes will offer at least three bedrooms and up to 2.5 baths while also including for options such as a master bay window, fourth bedroom and optional study.
The Villa Collection is the next logical progression for home buyers, with floor plans that range in size from approximately 1,820 to 2,506 square feet. Up to four bedrooms and 3.5 baths are available in the collection along with sought-after options like a media rooms, study and fifth bedroom.
Floor plans ranging from approximately 2,204 to 3,782 square feet will make up the Premiere Collection, with the single- and two-story floor plans offering formal living and dining rooms, plenty of additional living spaces (including game rooms) and up to five bedrooms. Options include a nursery room, master retreat, a dual master suite and media room.
The Grande Collection will offer Houston home buyers a choice of single and two-story floor plans and will range from approximately 3,268 to 5,079 square feet. Up to seven bedrooms and five baths will be available in the collection, along with formal living and dining spaces, gourmet kitchens and options that can include guest suites and up to seven bedrooms.
Grand Vista offers its residents a variety of shopping and entertainment destinations including quick and convenient access to Katy Mills, a 1.3 million square foot shopping and entertainment destination with more than 200 shops.
