Taylor Morrison’s Crystal Falls Neighborhoods Part of Top Master-Planned Community in Austin, According to Study
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) January 31, 2014 -- Homebuyers selecting a Taylor Morrison home in Crystal Falls are choosing Austin’s top master-planned community, according to a new study by one of the nation’s leading experts.
According to a January report by John Burns Real Estate Consulting, Crystal Falls is the top-selling master-planned community in the Austin market. The report compared net sales in the country’s top communities in 2013 along with year-over-year increases and the previous year’s ranking. Crystal Falls tops all Austin master-planned communities with its spot at No. 27 on the list.
The news comes on the heels of the community’s announcement that it would expand the neighborhood’s Quarry Park, renovating the recreation center and adding an additional pool to complement to existing junior Olympic pool as well as numerous water features, shade structures, a recreation field and playground. The project is expected to be completed by May 2014.

Mesa Oaks, which offers three to four bedroom homes with approximately 2,264 to 3,147 square feet, start in the mid $200,000s. Finally, The Fairways collection offers Taylor Morrison’s largest homes, with offerings that stretch up to seven bedrooms and more than 5,000 square feet.
