Taylor Morrison’s The Village at Palisade Park Opens for Denver Parade of Homes 2014
Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) July 30, 2014 -- Taylor Morrison’s latest new home community in Denver, The Village at Palisade Park, will open to the public in time for this year’s Denver Parade of Homes, the homebuilder announced today.
The community, located northeast of Highway 7 and County Road 7 in Broomfield, will open to the public on August 7, the opening day of the 2014 Parade of Homes. Only 161 home sites will be available in the community, which boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding Denver landscape.

Offering six floor plans to choose from, the homes at The Village at Palisade Park range from approximately 1,819 square feet to more than 2,800 square feet with up to four bedrooms and 3.5 baths available. All homes have either two- or three-car garages and single and two-story floor plans are also available.
The Silverado and Caspian floor plans will be modeled at The Village at Palisade Park. The Silverado is a 2,198 square-foot home that offers two spacious floors of living space, three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. At 2,643 square feet, the Caspian adds an extra bedroom and bathroom along with the option for a master retreat.

Located near Broomfield’s shopping, entertainment and employment destinations, The Village at Palisade Park is also adjacent to schools in the St. Vrain School District. In addition, downtown Denver is just minutes away.
