Daniel has been a regular speaker at NBI’s Medicare Seminars in the past in Raleigh, North Carolina; Columbia, South Carolina; and Charleston, South Carolina. As a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified (MSCC) and regular speaker and presenter on the topic of the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Act and its implications in both liability and workers’ compensation settlements, Daniel is earning a well-deserved reputation as a “go-to” resource for other attorneys, insurance carriers, and their insureds nationwide.
Daniel graduated from the University of South Carolina Honors College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Daniel served on the Editorial Board of the South Carolina Law Review and received the CALI Award for Legal Drafting.
Daniel has been included in Best Lawyers in America for Workers’ Compensation from 2010 to 2013. He was also chosen by his peers to be listed as a “Rising Star” in the South Carolina Edition of Super Lawyers.
