Madison, WI (PRWEB) February 25, 2014 -- To receive a lifetime achievement award for his humanitarian work in the Tamil Nadu state of India – and to speak about the human heart of business – technology negotiations manager Wade Fransson is joining the global RIPENOMICS conference, held from Feb. 28 to March 4 at the Kohinoor Asiana Hotel.
Fransson’s award is being conferred by the Chennai-based Association of Soft-Skills Trainers (ASTRA), who invited him to be the keynote speaker. His topic will be the human heart of business, which will focus on integrating spiritual values with business success, and balancing altruistic and profit motives.
"In many ways, this represents the completion of a full circle for me; the honor and speech coincides with the publication and themes discussed in ‘The Hardness of the Heart,’ the second book of my trilogy," says Fransson. The book, like its predecessor "The People of the Sign," (http://tinyurl.com/pk5l6fg) was rated a No. 1 Hot New Release on Amazon.com in the Religion and Sociology category.
"The trilogy reflects the trials I’ve experienced among the failings of humanity’s most important institutions – religion and corporations, which share a common denominator of demanding obedience from their servants in pursuit of corporate goals."
Spirituality and business do improve the world inhabited by humanity, says Fransson, who will explain how in his human heart of business speech in Chennai.
"Our pursuit of improvements to our material circumstances must be based on the foundation of spiritual wisdom," he says. "The religious traditions of East and West are based upon the same principles, which show us the way to build ideal societies. Today, more than ever, we are in a position to implement these principles faithfully, with potentially amazing results."
Fransson believes that people should seek to integrate these principles into all aspects of their lives, en route to establishing a harmonious work/life balance.
The conference will be a major event in Tamil Nadu, the seventh most populous state in India. The state’s governor, Konijeti Rosaiah, will be in attendance.
