The new service not only provides for a comprehensive home network security it also provides live support to assist with everything from upgrading a new operating system to installing a wireless printer.
The TechHome product includes SecureIT Plus Virus Protection, Online Backup File Hopper, Password Genie Organization, and Toll-Free Support Contact that covers multiple devices such as computers, tablets and more.
The customer will be able to have assistance with commonly requested services such as diagnostic, computer tune up, virus and spyware removal, simple repair, advance repair, printer set up and configuration and email support.
