Founded in 1994 by then-teenager, Ryan Buckholtz, and his mom, Eileen Buckholtz, the newly redesigned site features a sleek, more user-friendly interface with current tips and resources for new drivers. New content on the site includes reviews of the best smartphone apps for safe driving, state texting laws, study tips for passing driving tests, and more.
The tips section covers everything from learning to drive and getting your license to maintaining your vehicle and parallel parking. There is also a special section dedicated to Tips for Parents. The newly added Get Answers feature allows users to post questions and weigh in on posted topics.
Teendriving.com also publishes a monthly e-newsletter (teendriving.com/news). The latest issue covers tips for safe back-to-school driving.
