Aubele’s experience includes an 18-year career at Wal-Mart, where he was chosen by founder Sam Walton to pioneer a cutting-edge program that significantly reduced shrink. At The Home Depot, Aubele spearheaded an LP initiative that drove shrink to the lowest in the company’s history. Aubele holds a Master of Science in Business Management and has earned the Loss Prevention Professional (LPP) and Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designations, as awarded by Missouri Southern State University and the American Society of Industrial Security, respectively. He currently serves as the ASIS International Retail Council Chairperson.
