Telco Sales Association (CETS) Elects 2015 Board of Directors
Gulfport, MS (PRWEB) July 07, 2015 -- The Customer Experience and Telco Sales Association (CETS – http://www.CETS.org) elected its 2015 Board of Directors during their recent Annual Meeting held in Atlantic Beach, Florida. The following individuals were appointed as Officers on the Board:

Secretary: Paula Kangis, Arctic Slope Telephone Association Cooperative, Inc (ASTAC)
Treasurer: Frank Holcomb, TDS Telecom
Director: Paul Mann, Bell Aliant
Director: Kira Howell, Frontier Communication
Director: Janet Guliani, MTS
CETS will be structured similar to the highly successful BMMA (http://www.bmma.us), which also serves the Telco provider community. However, CETS will focus on issues that Telco providers face specifically with regard to the sale of all products (broadband, video, voice, etc.) through various channels (call center, retail, e-channels, direct sales, other alternate channels), and on the complete customer experience (shopping, purchasing, consuming, support). CETS will hold two annual face to face meetings as well as monthly “hot topic calls,” and is developing a semi-annual benchmarking report for its members.
The CETS Fall Workshop will be held October 14 – 15, 2015 in New Haven Connecticut and hosted by Frontier Communications. “Working together, we can grow the industry and create an environment that enhances each company’s ability to compete for the overall telecommunications market”, said Ellis Hill, President of ResearchFirst, Inc.
