Terma Software Announces Workload Optimization Services for CA7, AutoSys, and Tidal Environments
Boulder, Co (PRWEB) February 10, 2015 -- Terma Software today announced a new offering for corporations who use CA7, AutoSys, or Tidal workload automation products. As the leader in Workload Analytics, Terma has recognized over the past several years the growing need for workload optimization across scheduling environments. Given Terma’s extensive expertise in the space, it is well positioned to provide services that will address the challenges that corporations face who need to update, modernize and improve performance in their workload environments.
Jim Anderson, Terma’s V.P. of Product Strategy comments, “Legacy scheduling products present a special challenge. IT processing problems can be difficult to manage or even identify because the schedulers themselves are not sufficient on their own to address today’s growing complexity. Constant changes, unpredictable events, and dynamic demands by end users are all happening at an unprecedented rate. It's essential that IT operations and management engage the right expertise to optimize operations and handle the complexity and pace of change. In order to assist our customers with this reality, we have grown our organization to include an exceptional team of both technical and business workload experts.”
Anderson continues, “All too often we have seen that problems are not detected until they have grown out of control. If these issues are not resolved quickly the result can be downtime, which can be crippling to any organization. Our team of experts, along with our flagship product, JAWS, can assist in assuring that corporations have the knowledge essential to keep their systems up and running reliably and efficiently.”
In order to promote the new offering, Terma is including with any optimization engagement a free license of JAWS Workload Analytics product through the 1st quarter of 2015.
“Since JAWS will be an integral part of our optimization services, it makes sense to provide our customers with access to the product after our services are completed so that they will have the ability to maintain the level of performance and analytics that we will provide for them during the engagement,” Anderson says.
Shane Hade, CEO of Terma adds, “We invite corporations across all industries to take advantage of our extensive expertise in workload analytics and look forward to helping customers reach a new level of visibility, performance and maturity in their mission-critical workload operations.”
