Terra Dotta, Leader in Enrollment Management Software, Announces Its 300th Client
Chapel Hill, NC (PRWEB) September 08, 2013 -- Earlier this month Terra Dotta signed its 300th client: The University of Texas at San Antonio. Since its founding in 2001, the Chapel Hill-based company has worked with some of the finest higher education institutions and businesses in the United States and around the world. On the signing, Executive Vice Provost and Senior International Officer at UTSA Julius Gribou wrote that, “We are excited to be implementing Terra Dotta’s capabilities for our study abroad and international outreach efforts. This dynamic software will help us to better market and manage study abroad programs, and to communicate UTSA’s international outreach efforts.”
Terra Dotta develops web-based software for enrollment, mobility, and risk management offices that is intended to streamline application and application-management processes for both system users and administrators.

Terra Dotta is an educational software company that was born out of two University of North Carolina students’ interest in expanding the global capabilities of software used in education administration. Brandon S. Lee and Garrett Christian founded Terra Dotta in order to meet needs that were not being met through other products. As Technology Coordinators at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in the mid-1990s, Lee and Christian assisted professors and graduate students with implementing technology in the classroom. The solutions they developed during this time evolved into the first version of Terra Dotta software.
