• The new functionality simplifies direct bill processing by automatically calculating premium and commission breakdowns, which is especially useful for working through a direct bill statement.
• Improvements have been made to invoicing features, including the reversal workflow and installment creation process, which will simplify and accelerate input for users while minimizing opportunities for errors.
The release also includes:
• An Outlook Add-In that facilitates workflows between email and ABS. Users can more easily maintain and organize all important communications within ABS.
• A new utility for importing clients in bulk using an Excel spreadsheet to help users get up and running faster on ABS and ease the pains of data migration.
• Enhanced security has been added to Smart Grids, providing more granular control for granting access to users. This additional functionality will encourage a more widespread use of Smart Grids, which offer a great ad-hoc reporting and data access tool.
