Texas Court Dismisses All Claims Against Lucernex Due to Complete Lack of Evidence
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) September 19, 2016 -- Lucernex today announced that a Judge from the 126th Judicial District Court in Travis County Texas has dismissed with prejudice every claim Accruent made against Lucernex. In the lawsuit, filed in September 2015 (D1GN15004312), Accruent claimed Lucernex had taken its trade secrets and competed unfairly. However, the Court uniformly found that Accruent’s allegations were unsupported by any evidence.
The judge’s ruling reaffirms that Lucernex conducts business with integrity and did not engage in any unfair business practices.
“Our reputation is extremely important to our company, our customers and our partners so we are very pleased this ruling protects it from being tarnished,” stated Joe Valeri, Lucernex’s CEO. He went on to say, “We have been looking forward to our day in court and are ecstatic with the Judge’s ruling.”
