The American Academy For Certified Financial Litigators (AACFL) Launches its Massachusetts Chapter
Framingham, MA (PRWEB) April 09, 2015 -- The American Academy for Certified Financial Litigators (AACFL), a New York based organization for prominent attorneys who work with high net worth individuals, is proud to announce the launch of its Massachusetts Chapter and Massachusetts Chapter website – http://www.aacfl.org/chapter-ma. The AACFL is an innovative membership organization and the creators of the prestigious CFL™ designation for attorneys.
The mission of the AACFL is to enhance the legal community by providing lawyers with advanced training in the financial aspects of litigation. In doing so, the benefits to the member attorneys and the community include increased litigation skills, increased credibility with the Courts, the potential reduction in the number of cases creating backlogs in the court system, marketing opportunities to high net worth clients and the ability for the general public to be able to better distinguish the lawyers who possess the skills needed to handle their financial cases.
The CFL™ Training program covers a wide range of financial topics taught by university professors and prestigious national firms such as Morgan Stanley, KLR, Advantage Payroll, Valuation Forensics, and Fairview Fund Administration. The training culminates with the CFL™ Exam which attorneys need to pass in order to demonstrate their proficiency, become certified by the AACFL and earn the use of the CFL™ designation. This designation testifies to their advanced knowledge of the financial areas encountered in litigation.
The Massachusetts Chapter already has close to 100 members representing many of the most prestigious firms and practitioners in the area. Many firms have shown their commitment to have either their entire staff or practice groups within their firms become members and take the CFL™ Training program.
