The Audiology Industry’s Leading Experts Reveal Best Practices for 2016
(PRWEB) January 26, 2016 -- In the coming year, private practice audiologists and hearing specialists can expect to face unprecedented challenges. This includes stronger competition, new legislation, disruptive technology, and patients that are more informed and internet-savvy than ever.
Audiologists who can adapt to these changes will find new opportunities to reach more patients, while those unwilling to change will likely find their patients pursuing other options. That’s why finding the best methods to attract and keep new patients—despite the industry-wide changes—is the top priority for every audiologist heading into 2016.
To help audiologists find answers, MedPB, an audiology marketing and consulting company, interviewed the industry’s top influencers at the 2015 ADA Convention in Washington D.C. Interviewees included practicing audiologists, university professors, marketing experts, and executive-level leadership from the top hearing aid manufacturers.
The result is a one-stop education in audiology marketing and practice building. Each interview includes insights into best practices in audiology, and specifically how audiologists and hearing specialists in private practice can help more patients while increasing profitability.
The interviews contain several ideas that can be implemented right away, including best practices in generating referrals, implementing community education programs, measuring results, communicating value, competing with the big box stores, and much more.
